Installation

Both

s5p4418-eflasher-friendlycore-xenial-4.4-armhf-20211123.img

and

s5p4418-eflasher-friendlycore-lite-focal-4.4-armhf-20211123.img

are good.

Flash one of them on a 16GB SD card with Balena Etcher.

Then, insert the SD on the NanoPC-T2 slot. Press the BOOT SEL (not the Reset, refer to https://wiki.friendlyelec.com/wiki/index.php/NanoPC-T2 ) while switching on the board.

If you have a keyboard, mouse and monitor, select the only operating system available, with the 'start at boot' and 'low format' options.

Wait and switch the board off. Then remove the card and start the board.

Debug is available with the COM debug port (ttyAMA0 on the board, go to the Windows device management to find the right COM). Parameters are 115200 baud, 8 data bits, 1 stop bits, parity none and flow control XON/XOFF.

The RDM9600 WORKS on ttyAMA2, ttyAMA3 and ttyAMA4.
